For daring young folks: Trapeze Arts

My knees (and hands and calves) are killing me. I just finished an adults-only birthday party session at Trapeze Arts in Oakland. I feel so cool though because I did a "catch" -- a guy actually caught me in mid-air while I was swinging and dangling.
